Terms of Service

The agreement between Wanguza and the schools that use it.

1. The service

Wanguza provides enrollment and marketing-automation software to schools on a subscription basis. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping credentials secure.
  • You will use the platform lawfully and only to communicate with contacts who have given the required consent.
  • You will not use Wanguza to send spam, unlawful, or harmful content.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on the Pricing page. Founder pricing, where offered, is honoured for the stated period. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the paid period. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider.

4. Data & privacy

Each school owns and controls the contact data it collects; Wanguza processes that data on the school’s behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection statement. Schools are responsible for obtaining and honouring parental consent.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available and resilient, including offline-first capture, but provide the platform “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Planned status updates are posted on our status page.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wanguza’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. Either party may terminate as set out in your plan; on termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
